Streamline Architects is a full-service architecture firm dedicated to thoughtful, community-based design that exceeds the needs of the customer, building owner, and the community served.
Andrew Dasso founded Streamline in 2015 as “[design][build]” with a goal to develop a team approach to building projects, uniting architects, general contractors, and the community toward a shared goal: delivering a quality product on schedule and within budget. And that’s exactly what we’ve done. [design][build] was rebranded as Streamline Architects in 2018.
Since 2019, Streamline Architects has operated out of East Moline’s Rust Belt event and business complex—a Streamline success story itself. The former Moline-Knight Automobile manufacturing building sat in vacancy and decay for decades before Dasso and his team spearheaded the building’s reuse project, turning it into a vibrant cultural destination in a long-overlooked corner of town. In 2025, Streamline headquarters moved to the historic Moline Post Office building, erected in 1910 on the former site of John Deere’s personal home. The building served as Moline’s Post Office until 1935. This move embodies Streamline’s commitment to honoring the past while shaping the future through thoughtful, community-focused design.
