At Streamline, everything we do is rooted in community. Because the communities we serve are the communities that make us who we are. We visit the buildings we design and build — for banking, for healthcare, for entertainment, and so much more. We believe our community values show in the many thoughtful, practical, and creative details in our projects, and in how they complement their surroundings rather than sit on top of them.
You can’t have roots without history. Appreciation of community history is a big part of Streamline’s identity. We adore building re-use projects. In fact, from 2019 to 2025, Streamline headquarters was located in of one of our favorite re-use projects, which transformed the long-abandoned Moline-Knight Automobile plant into The Rust Belt business and entertainment complex. Our new headquarters is similarly rich in Quad City history. This former downtown Moline, Illinois U.S. Post Office was built in 1910 on the site of John Deere’s former home. Yes, that John Deere.
We live, play, work, and shop in Streamline projects. You can’t get much more rooted in community than that.
