Bend Apartments

This stylish, modern 72-unit apartment building on the Mississippi River was built using modular construction methods. Once the foundation was completed, the apartment units were stacked in place, and the exterior finishes were applied.

The building features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bathroom apartments. The upper-floor units have balconies facing the river, and the lower units have patios facing the park.

The building was constructed using modular building methods: Each apartment was built off-site, delivered complete, and stacked in place. Once the modular contractor completed setting the units, the building was finished with exterior cladding and glass guardrails.
