This retail property offers space for three tenants and includes two drive-thru options for the endcap tenants. Its prime position at the intersection of 41st Avenue and the John Deere Expressway guarantees high visibility and exposure to a diverse range of patrons.
This project presented unique design challenges, as the client envisioned two drive-thru restaurants within a single structure, positioned along the same wall. To realize this vision, we coordinated with the civil engineer for double drive-thru lanes stacked side-by-side at the rear, optimizing functionality and flow. Collaborating closely with the client, we crafted a cost-effective and practical shell design that effectively serves tenants and attracts visitors. The building's exterior features contrasting metal panel colors to catch the eye of passing motorists on the nearby expressway. Canopies over tenant entrances and corner storefront glazing enhance both visual appeal and practicality, creating an inviting architectural presence while bringing businesses to the area.
