QCBT – QCR Holding Headquarters

The prestigious headquarters for the QCR Holdings company and Quad City Bank and Trust branch on an expansive site with numerous outdoor amenities, including detention pond with walking path, gathering area with amphitheater, and event lawn spaces.

The project includes construction of the new five-story office and financial institution building with the lowest level partially below grade with a walk-out to an employee courtyard and a single-story parking structure adjacent to the building. The building will be approximately 98,000 square feet with elevated office space above the exterior teller lines, roof decks, balconies, monumental stair, cantilever meeting and board rooms, and penthouse for mechanical equipment. The interior program will be a combination of offices, conference rooms, training rooms, break rooms, and accessory spaces throughout. The building structure is expected to be composed of cast-in-place concrete basement walls, steel and structural concrete floors, shaft enclosures and precast concrete with concrete topping slab for the parking deck.The exterior design is to be composed of stone, colored concrete, steel, glass curtain wall, and wood accents. The landscape design is expansive throughout the approximate 10-acre property with a retention pond, natural park-like features throughout, food truck experience space, patio spaces, and architectural pavilion for events.
