Shie Law, a family-owned practice specializing in estate planning and trusts, sought a new home for their expanding office. Streamline collaborated with them from the feasibility stage to design a space that will accommodate their growth.

Shie Law engaged Streamline Architects to create a comprehensive program that included offices, a reception area, conference rooms, and additional spaces to accommodate their expanding law office in the Quad Cities. Streamline collaborated closely with the client to assess the feasibility of constructing a new building versus renovating two existing structures. During the programming and schematic design phase, Streamline employed an interactive design process that facilitated the involvement of both the owner and the general contractor. This approach started with defining the building's programming and creating spatial diagrams to enhance views, optimize sun exposure, establish an effective entrance sequence, and improve the overall employee experience within the building. Once the schematic design met the owner's requirements and budget, Streamline produced the Architectural and Interior Design documents to ensure the project was executed in alignment with the client's design vision, on schedule, and within budget.
