When our firm outgrew our previous space, we evaluated numerous buildings throughout the Quad Cities region, weighing the opportunities and constraints of each before committing to the right fit. We ultimately chose the historic 1910 Moline Post Office, built on the original homesite of industrialist John Deere. From there, our design team navigated every challenge our clients face: developing a space plan for a growing team, honoring the building’s historic character, and making it fully functional for modern use.
