Trillium Staffing Office Building

Trillium is a national staffing agency with over 90 offices across the United States. After outgrowing their previous Bettendorf location, Trillium partnered with Streamline for a custom solution to reflect the company's success and accommodate future growth. With a blend of private and open spaces, the interior and exterior designs create a contemporary aesthetic that harmonizes with the surrounding environment.

The new office building for Trillium is a purpose-built, custom solution for a fast-growing tech company. Formerly housed in a nondescript business park structure, Trillium aspired to make a statement of their success with their own Class A office space. Streamline helped the leadership team craft a layout that allows room for future growth and expansion. A high-programmed collection of private and open spaces is configured for Trillium's workflow, interactions between managers and staff, and training of new employees. With severak conference rooms, training rooms, and a multipurpose break room, the space provides flexible options for a variety of meetings. The interior design creates a fresh, trend-driven aesthetic with contemporary materials, flexible systems furniture, and superior light quality. The building's exterior design draws from the neighboring buildings’ materials and forms yet combines them in a striking and beautiful manner. Constructed as a design-build project, the teamwork between the owner, contractor, and Streamline is the foundation for this project’s success.
