Iron + Grain Coffee House was born out of the passion to create both what is excellent and lasting. The roots and namesake were derived from Iron + Grain Makers Festival, a place to showcase handcrafted works of art by diverse makers from all over the Midwest. The beans are roasted in-house and are locally sourced from Roasted Coffee Company. Guests of the coffee house will be able to watch the beans being roasted in Iron + Grain’s in-house roasters while enjoying a cup of coffee.
Iron + Grain is owned by Andrew Dasso and is in collaboration with Streamline Architects and Artisans. Streamline Architects & Artisans, is designing and building some of the most unique spaces in the Midwest and Iron + Grain Coffee House is among them.
