Studio Director + Senior Architect

James has been in the architectural profession since 1989. His emphasis has primarily been on Building Design and presentation graphics. James has been responsible for the design aspects of various projects from municipal buildings to commercial structures. He develops both exterior and interior design concepts through his sketches, computer, and physical models, and renderings.

James is a long-time resident of Iowa City and is active in the Iowa City community. He is one of the Charter members of the Rotary Club of Iowa City Downtown. He has also enjoyed being a board of trustees member for both MYEP and the Preucil School of Music.
