Rivermont Collegiate’s Carriage House renovation included repurposing the 1900’s era building to provide classroom space, two apartments, and 18 dorm rooms. The design creatively restored the historic building while meeting all health, life safety, and welfare requirements for the school. This building enabled Rivermont to attract international students, improve enrollment, and provide an interactive learning experience.
