Iron and Grain was born and executed with the same level and artistry as Streamline Architects. We take pride in our roasting process, grinding our own beans, and preparing our drinks with style and finesse. We decided we needed a place to showcase our design, and what better addition to our creative space than an artisan coffee shop to fuel our creativity.
During the design process at Streamline Architects, we have an interactive design approach that allows the client to design the space with the architect. We bring a different approach to the architect's role during construction. In fact, I've taken it a step further, I have created a digital mobile office to position the project architect on the job site during construction. In our experience, having the architect, the construction company, the owners and the operators working together through all phases, creates a much better project in the end.
